Jaeedad aapki privacy ka muhtaram karta hai. Yeh policy batati hai ke hum kya data collect karte hain, kyun, aur kaise use karte hain.

•Account Information: Name, email, phone number, CNIC (for sellers/agents), and role when you register.
•Property Listings: Property details, photos, location, and price that you submit.
•Usage Data: Pages visited, search queries, properties viewed — used to improve your experience.
•Payment Information: We do not store card numbers. Payments are processed by third-party providers.
•Communications: Messages between buyers and sellers on our platform.

•We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties.
•Your phone number is shown to interested buyers/agents only when you choose to display it.
•Agent and seller CNIC details are verified internally and not displayed publicly.
•We may share data with law enforcement if required by Pakistani law.

•All data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit (SSL/TLS).
•Supabase Row Level Security ensures users can only access their own data.
•Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
•We conduct regular security audits.

•Access: You can view all your data in your dashboard at any time.
•Correction: You can update your profile and listing information.
•Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting support@jaeedad.pk.
•Export: You can request a copy of your data by emailing us.

•We use essential cookies for authentication (login sessions).
•Analytics cookies (anonymous) to understand how users navigate the site.
•You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work.

•For overseas Pakistanis using our $80 Remote Inspection service, we collect additional location and property verification data.
•Payment details for USD/AED transactions are processed by secure third-party payment providers.
•We do not store international payment card details.
