1. Acceptance of Terms

  • •Jaeedad.pk use karne se aap in Terms of Service se agree karte hain.
  • •Agar aap agree nahi karte, please platform use na karein.
  • •Hum yeh terms kabhi bhi update kar sakte hain — significant changes ka notification diya jaega.

2. User Accounts

  • •Register karte waqt accurate information dena zaruri hai. Fake accounts ban kiye jate hain.
  • •Aap apne account aur password ki security ke zimmedar hain.
  • •Ek person ek account rakh sakta hai (unless agent/developer account separately approved ho).
  • •Minor users (under 18) platform use nahi kar sakte without parental consent.

3. Listings Policy

  • •Sirf genuine, available properties list ki ja sakti hain.
  • •Fake, duplicate, ya misleading listings strictly banned hain — permanent ban hasil hoga.
  • •Seller/Agent CNIC verification mandatory hai listings publish hone se pehle.
  • •Prices accurate honi chahiyein — deliberately misleading prices allowed nahi hain.
  • •Admin ko kisi bhi listing ko reject ya remove karne ka haq hai.

4. Prohibited Activities

  • •Fraud, scam, ya deceptive practices.
  • •Spam calls ya messages buyers/sellers ko.
  • •Platform ka use illegal activities ke liye.
  • •Bot ya automated scraping tools ka use.
  • •Other users ki personal information share karna.
  • •Fake reviews likhna ya review manipulation.

5. Payments & Fees

  • •Basic listings free hain for sellers (max 3).
  • •Agent subscriptions: PKR 5,000 / 15,000 / 35,000 per month.
  • •Featured listing boost: PKR 2,000 – 50,000 depending on duration.
  • •NRP Remote Inspection: $80 USD — non-refundable after inspection completed.
  • •All payments are final unless service was not delivered.

6. NRP / Overseas Services

  • •$80 Remote Inspection service: Inspector visit karega, report 3-5 business days mein milegi.
  • •Jaeedad inspector ki report informational hai — final decision buyer ki zimmedari hai.
  • •Jaeedad kisi bhi property transaction ka guarantee nahi deta.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • •Jaeedad ek platform hai — hum property transactions ke party nahi hain.
  • •Buyers aur sellers ke beech disputes mein Jaeedad directly responsible nahi hai.
  • •We strongly recommend using a lawyer for all property transactions.
  • •Jaeedad maximum liability: amount paid to Jaeedad for services in past 30 days.

8. Intellectual Property

  • •Jaeedad brand, logo, aur platform design hamare hain.
  • •Users apne listing content ke owner hain — hum unhe display karne ki license lete hain.
  • •Platform ka content scrape ya reproduce karna banned hai.

9. Termination

  • •Aap kabhi bhi apna account delete kar sakte hain via settings.
  • •Hum terms violation par account suspend ya permanently ban kar sakte hain.
  • •Kisi bhi fraud report par account immediately freeze ho sakta hai pending investigation.

10. Governing Law

  • •Yeh terms Pakistani law ke tahat govern hoti hain.
  • •Koi bhi disputes Lahore courts mein file ki ja sakti hain.
